Many Disney guests come to the parks expecting rides and shows, but not many are as prepared for the large assortment of snack and dining options available on property. There will always be favorites and snack staples at the parks such as the Mickey Pretzel, Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar, and Pineapple Dole Whip Soft Serve. But what about the more obscure snacks? Nobody knows their way around Disney food like Cast Members. Here are the 5 best snacks to get at Walt Disney World according to Cast Members.

1. Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow at Magic Kingdom

If you make your way down to Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park you’ll come across the Sleepy Hollow food stand. Here you will find the famed Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich. This delicious creation consists of strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and a chocolate-hazelnut spread sandwiched on a Belgian waffle. Cast Members love this lesser-known snack because of it’s heartiness and shareability.  Not much of a fruit person?
