With so much to see and do at all of the Disney parks, you might find yourself wishing you had more than one day to experience it all. While you can still have a magical time with just one day per park, many guests prefer to visit some Disney parks more than once during their trip. Of course it isn’t always possible to spend extra days at each Disney park, but which parks should you prioritize? Continue reading to learn more about which Disney parks you should visit more than once during your trip.

Magic Kingdom

When someone says “think of a Disney park”, Magic Kingdom is probably the first park that comes to mind. This park is quintessential Disney, and definitely deserves as much devoted to it as you possibly can. Magic Kingdom not only has the most attractions out of any other Disney park, but it also has some incredible experiences that you might miss if you find yourself rushing through. It can be difficult for guests to ride every ride, meet all of their favorite characters, and experience Magic Kingdom’s shows in just one day.

Magic Kingdom’s parade, Festival of Fantasy, typically runs twice a day at noon and 3pm. However sometimes it is scaled back to just one showing per day, making it difficult to catch when you are running from attraction to attraction. Another can’t-miss show is Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire which runs periodically throughout the morning and afternoon at the Cinderella Castle Stage. Some guests might also find it difficult to catch Happily Ever After, Magic Kingdom’s nightly fireworks spectacular, when they are exhausted from walking around the park all day long. It can be beneficial to dedicated two days to Magic Kingdom, one for attractions and one for characters and shows.

EPCOT

EPCOT  is another park that guests could spend more than one day exploring. EPCOT is home to multiple areas that each have several attractions within them. World Celebration, World Nature, World Discovery, and World Showcase are intricate areas that deserve to be explored in their entirety. World Celebration is home to the iconic attraction Spaceship Earth, as well as the Imagination pavilion containing Journey Into Imagination With Figment and ImageWorks labs. Guests can easily spend hours exploring World Nature with its large aquarium: Sea Base, as well as Journey of Water Inspired by Moana. The Land pavilion is also located within World Nature, and is home to several attractions as well as Garden Grill restaurant and Sunshine Seasons food court.

EPCOT World Showcase
EPCOT World Showcase is a great place to take some vacation photos!

World Showcase is located in the back of the park and is a large loop of 11 country pavilions, each containing their own shopping, dining, and attractions. If possible, guests should dedicate an entire day to exploring each country at World Showcase and all they have to offer. Popular attractions like Frozen Ever After and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure reside within World Showcase.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Galaxy’s Edge, Toy Story Land, and several classic attractions reside within Disney’s Hollywood Studios. When visiting Hollywood Studios, guests might find it difficult to do it all in just one day. If you have a Star Wars fan in your family then you might want to schedule some extra time to explore Galaxy’s Edge. Galaxy’s Edge is an immersive experience that any Star Wars fan will appreciate. Guests will truly feel like they’ve been transported to a different planet. Extra experiences like building a lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop, or building a droid at Droid Depot, might take up more time than you realize.

Guests will want to give themselves plenty of time to explore other areas of the park too and experience classic attractions like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is Disney’s largest park, and with so much to explore it is important that guests don’t feel rushed to get from place to place. The rides at Animal Kingdom only take up a fraction of what the park has to offer. Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest, DINOSAUR, and Kali River Rapids are great attractions that guests won’t want to skip. But guests will also want to make time for Discovery Trails which takes guests through intricate wild animal exhibits. A train will take guests to Rafiki’s Planet Watch, which houses several exhibits as well as a petting zoo. Animal Kingdom is quite full of activity, and guests might be more comfortable with more than one day here.
