If you are planning your first ever trip to Disney World then you might be looking forward to sampling all of the different snacks that Disney has to offer. Disney World has made a name for itself as a food-lover’s paradise with all of the delicious snacks that are available to try. While some snacks are more unique and adventurous than others, first timers should still experience the classics. Here are just a few must-eat classic Disney snacks that a first time park-goer should try at least once!

Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar

This first snack is an absolute classic and is entirely delicious. Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar, otherwise known as Mickey Ice Cream, is a yummy frozen treat that can be found just about anywhere within Walt Disney World. This vanilla ice cream is encased in chocolate and in the cute shape of Mickey Mouse, and it has been a Disney snack staple for decades. Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bars can be found at any ice cream stand throughout the Disney parks, Disney Springs, Disney resorts, and even the Disney waterparks and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort!

Disney Popcorn

You can smell this snack before you see it, and the taste is unbeatable. Disney popcorn is sold throughout all Disney parks at various popcorn stands and it is buttery and salty perfection. Guests can purchase one of Disney’s many souvenir popcorn buckets and get refills for just $2.25 for the remainder of their stay. Souvenir popcorn buckets differ by park and season and they make great collectibles!

Mickey Pretzel with Cheese

The Mickey Pretzel is another iconic Disney snack that is in the shape of Mickey Mouse himself and full of deliciousness. Mickey pretzels are served with a cup of cheddar cheese and can also be found at Disney park at various snack stands. This pretzel is great because it’s big enough to share and contains just the right amount of salt.

Dole Whip

A fan favorite Disney snack that has made its way onto t-shirts, stickers, and pins is the Dole Whip. This pineapple soft serve ice cream can be found at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland, and it is a sweet yet refreshing treat that so many guests love. Dole Whip is available as a soft serve, float, swirl, and even as a pineapple upside down cake. Guests love Dole Whip, and first timers will too.

Corn Dog Nuggets with Cheese

Casey’s Corner on Main Street U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom is the home of our next classic snack. The corn dog nuggets with cheese have made their way into the hearts of many Disney guests. This simple snack is hot and crispy and pairs perfectly with nacho cheese sauce. Many guests love to enjoy this snack on the castle hub grass and enjoy the ambiance of Main Street.

Mickey Waffles

When you are at Disney World you must eat all of the Mickey-shaped snacks! Mickey waffles are a guest favorite because of their happy shape and fluffy interior. Mickey waffles can be found at several breakfast locations throughout the parks and resorts, and can also be found dressed up at Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square with hot chicken. Mickey waffles come in so many varieties it is impossible to name them all. Be sure to look out for them and enjoy!
