Are you looking for unique things to do with your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day? Disney World is an excellent Valentine’s Day destination with so many opportunities for fun with your Valentine! So if you find yourself at Disney World this February 14th here are some fun ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day during your visit!
Splurge On A DVC Resort
Nothing says “I love you” quite like a stay at one of DVC’s deluxe resorts. Couples can enjoy guest rooms ranging from studio villas to private bungalows or cabins. DVC Resorts like Disney’s Riviera Resort are romantic, quiet, and conveniently located on Disney’s Skyliner route. Other DVC resorts such as Disney’s Boardwalk Villas are lively and full of shopping and uniquely-themed bars and restaurants. Whichever resort you choose, you are certain to have a romantic getaway!
Disney Bound As Your Favorite Disney Couple
Disney World doesn’t allow costumes for guests over the age of 12, but this doesn’t mean you can’t dress up! Disney bounding is a fun way to dress in a way that reflects your favorite Disney characters using regular street clothes! Disney bounding utilizes colors and patterns to convey the character, just be careful to not cross into “costume” territory. Some ideas for Disney bounding as a couple are Mickey and Minnie, Carl and Ellie, Donald and Daisy, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, and Anna and Kristoff!
Take Advantage of Photopass Photographers and Take Pictures Together
A sweethearts trip on Valentine’s Day is definitely worth documenting! Luckily, Disney Photopass Photographers are located throughout the parks at popular photo spots and are available to take your photos, and also add a little extra magic touch to your memories. These photos are available for individual purchase but the best value would be to purchase Memory Maker for the duration of your stay. With Memory Maker, guests are able to download all of their Photopass photos, and ride photos! Memory Maker is currently priced at $75 when purchased for one day, $185 when purchased in advance of your vacation, and $210 when purchased during or after the vacation. If Memory Maker isn’t in your budget, don’t worry! Disney Photopass Photographers are happy to take photos using your camera or phone as well!
Visit The City of Love At EPCOT
What could be better than a trip to Paris during Valentine’s Day? EPCOT’s World Showcase is the best way to experience world cultures during your trip to Disney World. The France pavilion is the perfect setting for your Valentine’s Day trip. You can take photos with the Eiffel Tower and indulge in delicious crepes and authentic French cuisine. The France pavilion also has many opportunities for shopping and purchasing special Valentine’s Day gifts.

Disney Springs is home to a unique bakery and date-night activity. Amorette’s Patisserie specializes in Disney dome cakes, and they offer classes for you to decorate your very own cake with help from a real pastry artist. Cake decorating classes are currently priced at $199 for up to two guests, and includes a 90-minute lesson in cake decoration, and your very own Mickey or Minnie dome cake to take home with you.
