Park hopping can be a great way to fit more into your Disney World vacation! Whether you want to spend the morning riding attractions at one park and the evening at another, or simply want more flexibility with your plans, being able to easily travel between the parks can make a big difference. And if you’re staying at a Disney Vacation Club resort, some locations make park hopping especially convenient. Here are some of the best DVC resorts for guests who love to park hop!
Disney’s BoardWalk Villas
Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is one of the best places to stay if you plan on spending a lot of time at both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Guests can walk directly to EPCOT’s International Gateway, and Hollywood Studios is also within walking distance. Friendship Boats are available to both parks as well, giving you another transportation option when you don’t feel like walking. This makes it easy to start your day at Hollywood Studios and hop over to EPCOT later without spending a ton of time getting from one park to another.

Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Magic Kingdom fans will love the location of Bay Lake Tower! Guests can walk directly to Magic Kingdom, which is especially convenient when you want to visit the park for just a few hours before heading somewhere else. You can also access the monorail from Disney’s Contemporary Resort and travel to the Transportation and Ticket Center, where you can transfer to the EPCOT monorail. With convenient transportation to two parks, Bay Lake Tower gives park hoppers plenty of flexibility.

Disney’s Riviera Resort
Disney’s Riviera Resort is a great choice for park hopping thanks to its Disney Skyliner station. Guests can use the Skyliner to travel to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, making it easy to visit either park without relying on bus transportation. This is also helpful if you like returning to your resort for a midday break. You can spend your morning at Hollywood Studios, relax at Riviera for a few hours, and then hop on the Skyliner to finish your evening at EPCOT.

Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows has several transportation options that make park hopping easier. Magic Kingdom can be reached by monorail or boat, while guests can also walk over to the Transportation and Ticket Center to catch the monorail to EPCOT. This location is especially convenient if Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are the two parks you visit most often. You can also take advantage of the resort’s transportation options when you want to switch up how you get around throughout your trip.

Disney’s Beach Club Villas
Disney’s Beach Club Villas puts you just a short walk away from EPCOT’s International Gateway, making it incredibly easy to hop into EPCOT whenever you want. Hollywood Studios can also be reached by walking or taking a Friendship Boat. If you like making spontaneous park hopping decisions instead of planning every part of your day ahead of time, having two parks so close to your resort gives you a lot more freedom to change your plans.
