Underrated Restaurants at Disney Springs

Disney Springs is a massive shopping and entertainment center at Disney World. Guests typically enjoy spending at least one day exploring Disney Springs and it’s great for killing time during your check-in day or rest day. Disney Springs is not just for shopping but for dining as well. There are several sit-down restaurants and quick-service restaurants located within Disney Springs. You can find some of Disney’s best dining here, some you might have heard of already and some that typically are overlooked. If you are planning on spending time at Disney Springs during  your next vacation then check out these underrated restaurants.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill

Guests can find great Californian cuisine at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, located in Town Center at Disney Springs. Wolfgang Puck is a great dining location for brunch, lunch, and dinner that often goes overlooked. For brunch, guests can enjoy innovative twists on classics like egg sandwiches, avocado toast, and chicken and waffles. For lunch and dinner guests will love specialty entrees like Bacon-wrapped Meatloaf, Scottish Salmon, and  Chicken Wienerschnitzel. Guests also love the House Made Carrot Cake and Gelato Tasting for dessert.

Splitsville Dining Room

Many guests are familiar with Splitsville at Disney Springs but not many realize that Splitsville Dining Room is a sit-down restaurant. You can enjoy the nostalgic food and atmosphere of Splitsville without bowling. Guests can dine on bowling alley favorites like burgers, fries, and milkshakes, as well as innovative entrees like Baja Shrimp Tacos, Tuna Poke Bowls, and a large sushi menu. Yes, Splitsville Dining Room is a great place to enjoy sushi at Disney Springs! Not many guests realize how extensive the menu is at Splitsville, and not many guests realize that you don’t even have to lift a bowling ball to enjoy it.

Planet Hollywood

This iconic restaurant has had a home in Disney Springs for many years now, but after its recent upgrades it has become even better. Planet Hollywood is a dining experience that features a 4,500 square foot video wall playing music videos and animations while you dine. Guests are surrounded by great atmosphere and movie memorabilia. The menu consists of American-style food as well as L.A. favorites, and signature entrees by Chef Guy Fieri.

D-Luxe Burger

If great burgers, fries, and shakes are of interest to you then check out D-Luxe Burger at Disney Springs. This quick-service burger spot takes classic burgers to a new level. Guests can enjoy favorites like the Bacon and Bleu Burger, Barbecued Burger, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and of course the classic cheeseburger.  D-Luxe Burger also breathes new life into milkshakes with their specialty creations like the S’mores Gelato Shake.

Earl of Sandwich

Another incredible quick-service restaurant that you can and should enjoy at Disney Springs is Earl of Sandwich. This might seem like your typical sandwich shop but once you dive into the menu you realize it is something extra special. Earl of Sandwich serves hot sandwiches like The Original 1762, a sandwich consisting of roasted beef, cheddar, and Horseradish sauce. But perhaps the most popular sandwich available here is the Holiday Turkey- a sandwich piled high with turkey, cornbread stuffing, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, and mayonnaise. This unique and tasty sandwich is what sets Earl of Sandwich apart from all the rest!
