But if you are looking for a more formal breakfast experience during your stay then you could book a reservation for one of Disney World’s several breakfast buffet sit-down dining experiences. Chef Mickey’s – Disney’s Contemporary Resort

If you are looking to meet the “fab five” of Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto, then Chef Mickey’s breakfast buffet at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is the perfect spot for you. Chef Mickey’s includes private character interactions at your table while you explore an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet consisting of biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes, carved ham, cheeses, fruits, eggs, frittatas, and more.

Chef Mickey’s has a great location at the Contemporary Resort right on the monorail loop which makes it a convenient place to visit before a day at Magic Kingdom or EPCOT. It is a great place for anyone’s first visit because of it being a great way to grab photos with all your favorite characters without having to wait in lines at the parks.

Crystal Palace – Magic Kingdom

Located at the Magic Kingdom near Main Street is The Crystal Palace. This sit-down restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests are joined by Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet. These characters visit during each meal of the day. The breakfast buffet at The Crystal Palace includes pancakes, waffles, bacon, assorted pastries, freshly prepared eggs, and more.

Garden Grill – EPCOT

EPCOT’s Garden Grill Restaurant is a character dining experience in The Land pavilion. This unique breakfast is all-you-care to enjoy of cinnamon breakfast loaf, smoked bacon, flank steak, cheesy potato casserole, scrambled eggs, and Mickey waffles. Plant-based options are available as well as allergy-friendly options.

Chip, Dale, Mickey, and Pluto will take turns visiting your table during the meal. The restaurant itself slowly turns, making one full rotation during the duration of the meal. Different scenes from the attraction Living With The Land will pass by as you are are dining.

‘Ohana – Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

‘Ohana at Polynesian Resort Village Resort is very well known for its all-you-care-to-enjoy dinner experience, but ‘Ohana also has a similar experience for breakfast with the addition of Lilo, Stitch, and other friends. This breakfast menu includes freshly made coconut pineapple bread, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, Hawaiian-style ham and pineapple compote, fried potatoes, Mickey shaped waffles, and biscuits.

At ‘Ohana, everyone is family as you are treated to the ultimate Hawaiian family-style feast. The characters will spend one-on-one time with you at your table making for a great breakfast experience. Located at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, ‘Ohana is well-located for a trip to Magic Kingdom right after breakfast!

Tusker House – Disney’s Animal Kingdom

If you are looking for a more unique breakfast buffet experience then Tusker House at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a great option for you! This breakfast buffet features Donald and other friends like Daisy, Goofy, Mickey, and Minnie. These characters come to you dressed in their finest safari garb. Guests can enjoy breakfast with a bit of an African flair with options like sausage, bacon, overnight oats, zebra coffee cake, and guava cream cheese danish. Tusker House is a great opportunity to take a break from the more traditionally prepared American breakfast foods while also seeing quite a few members of the “Fab five”!
