Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser 2023 Bookings Opening Soon

New Star Wars-Themed Hotel: Galactic Starcruiser

If you have been hoping to board the exclusive Galactic Starcruiser, you will soon be in luck. Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser 2023 bookings will be opening soon to the general public.

Currently voyage dates through September 2023 are available to book for Club 33 Members and Golden Oak residents. However, general bookings for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser voyages will open on Thursday, September 1, 2022. Guests will be able to book their stay in this Star Wars themed experience on the Walt Disney World website.

Here is the official statement from the Disney:

Mind-blowing from the start! The reviews are in and passengers are loving their adventures aboard Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. If you’ve been waiting to cruise the galaxy, now’s your chance! Most 2023 voyages are now available to view on starwarsgalacticstarcruiser.com, and on Sept. 1, general bookings will open for these new voyages.

The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser has been wowing many guests who were able to secure voyage dates for this experience when it opened in March of this year. Many had been pining over the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Star Wars since it was announced at the D23 Expo way back in 2017. Reservations were hard to come by for awhile, but now that guests will be able to book for well into the year 2023, more may have the opportunity to experience all that the Galactic Starcruiser has to offer.

Guests will be able to enjoy a 2-night Star Wars hotel voyage along the Chandrila Star Line Halcyon cruiser. On their journey aboard the crusier guests will have the opportunity to deboard and enjoy Batuu’s Black Spire Outpost in Walt Disney World Resort’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. While in Galaxy’s Edge guests will have the ability to ride the two incredible Star Wars attractions that are featured there, Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. For an even more immersive experience guests can stop by Oga’s Cantina for a drink or out of this galaxy snacks before heading back aboard the cruiser.

In addition to all that guests have access to while off the cruiser, it is truly what is onboard this Starcruiser that makes the experience worthwhile. Disney created the Halcyon to be so realistic to the Star Wars universe that George Lucas created. There are characters all throughout, including fan-favorites like Chewbacca, themed passenger cabins, and the exclusive Sublight Lounge where guests can enjoy some of the most unique food and drinks that you’ll ever see on Disney property.

How much will all of this cost? Prices will depend on how many people are in each cabin, as well as the date of your voyage. However, be prepared to pay somewhere in the realm of $749 to $1,209 per person for a two night cruise on the Halcyon. This will provide guests with the aforementioned immersive experience. Who knows, the Galactic Starcruiser may just be the first of many immersive experiences that are based on Disney’s various worlds.
