While Disney previously announced the booth lineup for this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, today we finally got a peek into what each booth will actually be serving! Starting in 1996, the Food & Wine Festival has become a favorite of EPCOT fans, and this year is especially exciting as the festival celebrates its 30th anniversary. The 2026 festival will run from August 27 through November 21, bringing back plenty of fan-favorite dishes while also introducing new and reimagined options across the park.
The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More
Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese
This savory option combines smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko and jalapeños. Disney notes that this dish was originally introduced in 2015 at Farm Fresh, so while it is marked as a new offering for this year, it is also a fun throwback for longtime festival fans.

Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey
Sweet Chile-Lime Plant-based Chicken Strips
Plant-based chicken strips are paired with a plant-based cilantro crema and spicy peppers, making this a new option for guests looking for something meat-free. Brew-Wing Lab is also bringing back its lineup of wing experiments, including flavors like Buffalo-Dill Pickle, Garlic-Parmesan, Korean Barbecue and a Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry.

Gyozas of the Galaxy
Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings
Located near Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, this new dumpling combines chicken, basil pesto, fonduta, tomato confit and balsamic. It sounds like a very different take on the traditional dumpling and could be one of the more unique savory options at the festival this year.

Belgium
Belgian Waffle
The Belgian Waffle is served with cookie butter and whipped cream and is topped with speculoos cookie pieces. While the guide marks it as new for 2026, Disney notes that it was originally introduced in 2010, making this more of a returning or reimagined favorite than a completely new creation. Still, with cookie butter, whipped cream and speculoos, it sounds like an easy choice for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Mexico
Tostada de Osso Buco
This new offering features pork osso buco on a fried corn tortilla with chipotle black beans, salsa verde, queso fresco and chives.

Paleta de Moras
For something on the sweeter side, this berry ice pop is filled with sweetened condensed milk and topped with chili-lime seasoning.

India
Sweet Potato Mealie Pap
This plant-based dish features sweet potato mealie pap served with a stew of beans, peppers, carrots and tomatoes. Disney notes that the dish was originally introduced in 2004 at South Africa, giving another one of this year’s “new” selections some festival history.

France
Boeuf Braise vin Rouge et Echalottes, Gâteau de Pomes de Terre
This French offering features red wine-braised short ribs with shallot confit and potato gâteau. If you’re looking for a heartier dish during your festival crawl, this one definitely stands out. France is also bringing back its classic French flavors with a Pistachio Crème Brûlée with berry compote.

Japan
Spicy Temaki Hand Roll
This hand roll combines spicy tuna, cucumber, rice cracker and spicy mayonnaise sauce. Disney notes that it was originally introduced in 1996, making it another returning favorite that has been reimagined for this year’s festival.

Greece
Chicken Souvlaki Gyro
This returning favorite, originally introduced in 1997, features chicken with shaved lettuce, tomato-cucumber relish and tzatziki on warm pita. While it isn’t brand-new to the festival, it is being highlighted as a new selection in the 2026 guide.

Hops & Barley
Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt
One of the new savory offerings Disney specifically highlighted is the Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt. If you’re a fan of smoky barbecue flavors and melted cheese, this sounds like one to add to your festival must-try list. Disney included it among the standout brand-new bites coming to this year’s festival.

Bramblewood Bites
Brûléed Sweet Potatoes
This new dish takes sweet potatoes in a more savory direction, pairing them with dried cranberries, walnut streusel and orange goat cheese. It sounds like a particularly good fall-inspired option as the festival continues into October and November.

Forest & Field
Spicy Black Bean-Mushroom Chili
This plant-based chili comes topped with plant-based sour cream, plant-based cheddar and cornbread croutons. It joins the returning Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli as one of the options at Forest & Field this year.
