Must-Try Snacks At DVC’s BoardWalk

Mickey Cinnamon Roll

There are many reasons why I love Walt Disney World so much, but let’s be honest: one of the reasons is the delicious food. While countless places on Walt Disney World property offer good food, if you’re looking for excellent, you should venture over to Disney’s Boardwalk Resort and Villas. This resort has some of the very best snacks on the property. I have included a list of my favorites below, and I hope you love them as much as I do.

Ice Cream From Boardwalk Ice Cream

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! There is always a good time to enjoy ice cream. If you’re searching for an effortless and tasty way to defeat the heat, run to BoardWalk Ice Cream for a frozen delight. This fabulous shop scoops up all sorts of icy treats, like sundaes adorned with toppings like marshmallow creme, fudge, creamy peanut butter, strawberries, candied orange slices, and Oreos. They whip up some pretty awesome shakes, too.

My favorite sundae is the Shoreside Sundae. It has three scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream smothered in Hot Fudge, Marshmallow Topping, and SNICKERS® bar pieces topped with Whipped Cream, Chopped Peanuts, and a Cherry. For $8.29, this is a steal of a deal.

My favorite milkshake is the Strawberry Riptide for $5.29. And if you want something else, the best dessert here is the Mickey Kitchen Sink Sundae. It is very similar to the Kitchen Sink Sundae that can be found over at Beaches and Cream. However, it is smaller, less expensive, and contains less toppings. features scoops of both chocolate and vanilla ice cream with several different toppings, including an ice cream cookie sandwich, all served in a souvenir Mickey-themed kitchen sink. Enjoy!

Pizza Window

Who doesn’t love a delicious pizza? I know I do. If you are looking for a fast, easy, and delicious snack, I recommend running by the Pizza Window outside Trattoria al Forno for slices and full-sized wood-fired pizza pies. The Pizza Window is a place that I stop by every time I visit Walt Disney World. My favorite thing to order? A Super Slice of Cheese Pizza. At $10.29, you cannot go wrong. If you are not in the mood for pizza, I still encourage you to stop by for a cannoli. At $4.29, the cannollis are chocolate shells with Mascarpone Cream and Chocolate Chips. Trust me, the Pizza Window is full of deliciousness. I hope you’ll stop by and indulge in the deliciousness.

While these snack options are my personal favorites, the reality is that there are so many wonderful selections along the Walt Disney World Boardwalk. From pizza to popcorn to coffee and deli sandwiches, whatever you choose, you are in for a treat.

Even if you are not staying at the Disney’s Boardwalk Inn and Villas, this hotel has such a unique and enchanting environment. So, come on down to the Boardwalk. Go for a stroll and enjoy an enjoy a yummy treat. It is a fun experience like no other.
