Chicken Guy!
If you’re looking for a casual lunch spot with great flavor then look no further than Chicken Guy! This chicken tender spot is owned by celebrity chef: Guy Fieri. Guests can enjoy his signature chicken tenders with several signature sauces to choose from. Guests can also enjoy sandwiches, salads, and fries as well as a rotating dessert menu. Chicken Guy brings all-American chicken to Disney Springs and guests love it.

Earl of Sandwich
Another casual lunch spot that has become a guest favorite is Earl of Sandwich. This sandwich shop serves unique creations like the Holiday Turkey which consists of turkey, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce. Another popular sandwich is the The Original 1762 with roasted beef, cheddar, and horseradish sauce. Earl of Sandwich also serves wraps, salads, and soups for those who aren’t so big on sandwiches. Earl of Sandwich is a great place for a quick bite and has an air-conditioned dining room which is perfect for families needing to take a break from the heat.

T-Rex Cafe
If you are wanting a table-service dining experience then T-Rex Cafe is an absolute must-do. This restaurant is an entire experience from start to finish. The dining room is heavily themed to a prehistoric jungle and is full of large animatronic dinosaurs. Families with kids who are dinosaur-lovers absolutely must experience this incredible restaurant. T-Rex Cafe has a menu full of dinosaur-sized menu items like burgers, chicken, and enough meat to satisfy a carnivore! Families will love the photos they can get during their meal as they are surrounded by dinosaurs. The nearby gift shop sells merchandise for the restaurant, and there’s even a Build-A-Dino store onsite! Your family will love making memories at T-Rex Cafe at Disney Springs.

Wine Bar George
If you’re looking for a more sophisticated dining experience then Wine Bar George is perfect for you. This table-service restaurant is elegant and refined, yet casual. At Wine Bar George you can select wine from an extensive wine menu, and indulge in charcuterie, hummus, and other small plates. Entrees like Steak Frites, Chicken Salad, and a Porchetta Sandwich are popular for lunch.

YeSake Kiosk
If you need something quick yet tasty then be sure to check out YeSake Kiosk. This kiosk is located in the West Side and has build-your-own poke bowl options. Guests can enjoy Japanese-style street food as well as sake and Japanese beer.
