Eating at restaurants with your children doesn’t have to be stressful at Disney World! Disney World has incredible accommodations for families and their restaurants are no exception. Magic Kingdom has several dining experiences to choose from, and some of these restaurants are particularly great for children. So if you have a vacation at Disney World coming up then be sure to familiarize yourself with the best restaurants at Magic Kingdom for children.
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Character dining is a fantastic option for families with children as it allows guests to have personal interactions with their favorite characters without waiting in any lines. Cinderella’s Royal Table is a special character dining experience starring Cinderella and several of her princess friends. This restaurant is located inside Cinderella Castle; perfect for the little princess in your family. Cinderella’s Royal Table serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are priced at $84 per adult and $49 per child and include an appetizer, entree, dessert, and beverage. Children are encouraged to dress up for this experience making it the perfect place to dine after a trip to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant
If you have a picky eater but still want to enjoy a sit-down meal then consider dining at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant. This American-Italian restaurant is themed after the romantic restaurant where Lady and the Tramp dined in the film. This restaurant serves food that everybody likes including garlic bread, and spaghetti and meatballs for the kids. Adults can still find more intricate entrees here like oven-roasted shrimp scampi.
Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe
Sit-down restaurants not your thing? Magic Kingdom has several kid-friendly quick-service restaurants as well. Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe is located in Tomorrowland and is the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat with kids. Not only does Cosmic Rays serve up fantastic burgers and chicken tenders, but it also is home to some live entertainment! Sonny Eclipse is an audio-animatronic from outer-space that serenades you while you dine. Kids love eating while watching Sonny Eclipse rock the stage. Be sure to check it out during your next visit!
Casey’s Corner
Located off of Main Street, Casey’s Corner is a quick-service restaurant that serves every kid’s favorite meal: hot dogs and corn dogs! This restaurant is a great simple stop that will please the whole family. Kids will love the corn dog nuggets while adults indulge in the foot-long chili dog. Feel free to take your food to the castle hub grass nearby and have a picnic!
The Crystal Palace
If you have a Winnie the Pooh fan in your family then you will adore The Crystal Palace. This restaurant is a character buffet where Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger will greet you while you dine. Crystal Palace serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and all meals are served buffet-style. This experience is currently priced at $61 dollars per adult and $40 dollars per child for dinner.
