Hot tip! The bathrooms in World Nature across from the Journey Into Imagination With Figment attraction have finally reopened. These bathrooms have been closed for over a year due to the construction work that is being done to finalize World Celebration, which will bring Journey of Water later this year to EPCOT.
Inside The New Bathrooms
Within the new restrooms, more modern fixtures have been installed to provide a more modern experience. The popular Dyson Airblade V, often found in Walt Disney World’s restrooms, is mounted on the walls above the sinks for efficient hand drying. Each sink is equipped with an automatic faucet, and soap dispensers are conveniently placed on the walls nearby.
What Is World Nature?
World Nature is one of the four neighborhoods within EPCOT, which has always been known for its focus on technology, innovation, and international culture. The park is divided into distinct areas, or neighborhoods, each representing a unique theme. These neighborhoods are World Showcase, World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature.
World Nature is dedicated to understanding and preserving the beauty, balance, and diversity of the natural world. This area of the park features attractions and experiences that highlight the Earth’s environment and ecosystems, emphasizing the importance of conservation and sustainable living.
Key attractions within World Nature include The Land Pavilion, which houses popular attractions such as Soarin’ Around the World and Living with the Land, as well as the SeaBase and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Additionally, the area is home to the Imagination! Pavilion, featuring the beloved Figment character in the Journey Into Imagination attraction.
EPCOT’s Revitalization Almost Complete
With the reopening of the World Nature Bathrooms, Disney continues to march forward to the time where we can finally see all the work that has been done to EPCOT over the past few years. Later this year, we should see World Nature blend seamlessly into the completely rebuilt center of the park, which will be known as World Celebration.
