EPCOT, just like other Disney parks, is perfect for visiting with children. There are many activities, attractions, and entertainment options throughout EPCOT that little ones love to enjoy. Journey of Water- Inspired by Moana

One of EPCOT’s newest attractions is Journey of Water- Inspired by Moana. This attraction is the perfect playground for little kids and adults alike. Guests can interact with water in ways they have never experienced before. Guests can hear water play music, raise water with gestures, and watch as water parts as they walk underneath it. During this attraction guests will learn about the water cycle and other facts about water.

The Seas with Nemo and Friends

This attraction is the perfect attraction to enjoy with little ones. The Seas with Nemo and Friends is a dark ride attraction that takes guests through the world of Nemo. Guests exit the attraction and enter Sea Base, EPCOT’s massive saltwater aquarium that is home to rescued manatees, dolphins, rays, turtles, and so much more. This attraction is especially fun to explore during the early morning before it fills up with guests for the day.

Frozen Ever After

Is your little one Frozen obsessed? Frozen Ever After is a can’t-miss attraction for any Frozen fan. This boat ride through Arendelle features your favorite Frozen characters and songs. This attraction is for guests of all ages and heights. Just outside the attraction is a meet and greet for Anna and Elsa where little ones can meet their idols!

World Showcase and Kidcot Fun Stops

World Showcase isn’t just for big kids and grown-ups! Little ones can enjoy the Kidcot Fun Stops which are set up at each country throughout World Showcase. These Fun Stops including coloring and other activities that represent each country and provide a fun activity as well as a learning experience.

World Showcase is also fun for little ones as there are character meet and greets located throughout. Characters like Belle, Aurora, Alice, Pooh, and more can be found as you make your way through the countries.

Character Meals

EPCOT is home to character meals that will enhance your day with your little one. Garden Grill at The Land pavilion is an all-you-care-to-enjoy garden feast starring Mickey, Pluto, and Chip and Dale. This restaurant is also rotating, giving guests a glimpse into the Living with the Land attraction.

Akershus is a princess buffet open for breakfast or dinner and features both Scandinavian and American-style food as well as your favorite Disney princesses.
