Fans of Winnie the Pooh will be delighted to hear that the beloved bear and his friends can be found in several areas throughout Disney World! Those who love Winnie the Pooh will love finding Pooh throughout the parks. Here are a few places to look for Winnie the Pooh at Disney World!
The Thotful Spot at Magic Kingdom
Located near The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh attraction in Fantasyland, The Thotful Spot is an area where guests can meet Winnie the Pooh and Tigger! Guests can meet both characters while a Photopass Photographer snaps away, with a cute backdrop of a Winnie the Pooh book. These lovable pals make appearances continuously throughout the morning and into the late afternoon.
The United Kingdom Pavilion at EPCOT
EPCOT’s World Showcase is an excellent place for meeting characters. Several Disney princesses as well Minnie Mouse and Donald Duck can be found throughout World Showcase. The United Kingdom Pavilion has a special place for meeting Winnie the Pooh: Christopher Robin’s bedroom. Located in the back corner of the pavilion, this silly ole’ bear can be found greeting guests throughout the morning and afternoon. Christopher Robin’s bedroom provides a cozy backdrop for your photos with Pooh!
Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom
Character meals are such a special way to meet your favorite Disney characters. Crystal Palace located near Main Street at Magic Kingdom is a character buffet that features Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Crystal Palace while interacting with Pooh and friends and taking photos in a beautiful dining room. The breakfast buffet is priced at $48 per adult and $30 per child and consists of fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, assorted pastries, biscuits and gravy, cereal, as well as a variety of beverages like juice and coffee. Lunch and dinner is priced at $61 per adult and $40 per child and consists of a salad bar, seasonal pasta, country fried chicken and gravy, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, carved prime rib, shrimp creole, and an assortment of Winnie the Pooh themed desserts.
During Special Ticketed Events at Magic Kingdom
While you can find Winnie the Pooh and pals during regular park hours at their designated meet and greets, if you visit Magic Kingdom during a special ticketed event such as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party or Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you might run into Pooh and his friends wandering throughout the parks. When you catch Pooh and his pals during one of these special events you might find them wearing special seasonal outfits, like their Halloween costumes or their winter gear!
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh Attraction
Once you have meet Winnie the Pooh in person you can see him once more in the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh attraction in Fantasyland. This charming dark ride features Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet, Kanga, Roo, Owl, and even Heffalumps and Woozles. Guests who are fans of the series will love this attraction that takes guests through scenes from the original film. This attraction is slow-moving and great for guests of all ages!
