Disney World is home to 4 unique theme parks and several resorts ranging from value to deluxe accommodations. Guests who are visiting Disney World tend to schedule their vacations around making time for all 4 parks. However, some guests prefer to choose their favorite park and schedule their entire visit to accommodate spending as much time in that park as possible. EPCOT is a favorite of many guests, and between World Showcase, World Celebration, World Nature, and World Discovery, there is much to see and do at this park. Whether you are visiting for a weekend, or a week, here are some tips on planning an EPCOT-only vacation.
Stay At A Resort Near EPCOT
Disney’s Riviera Resort- This resort is located on the Skyliner route, giving you quick and easy access to EPCOT through a short ride on the Skyliner. This DVC resort features deluxe accommodations through multi-bedroom villas or deluxe studio rooms, two beautiful pools and a Fantasia-themed splash zone, a character dining experience for breakfast and a signature dining experience for dinner with Topolino’s Terrace, and specialty coffee beverages and treats at Le Petit Cafe.
Disney’s Boardwalk Villas– Located within walking distance to EPCOT, Disney’s Boardwalk Resort features DVC villas that can accommodate either small parties or large families. Guests will find much to do during their stay at Disney’s Boardwalk with several opportunities for dining, drinking, and play. The pool at Disney’s Boardwalk features a twisting waterslide modeled after an old roller coaster that one might find at an Atlantic boardwalk.
Disney’s Beach Club Villas- Another resort with a walking path to EPCOT is Disney’s Beach Club. This resort is close to EPCOT and features an incredible mini waterpark: Stormalong Bay. Disney’s Beach Club is also home to a character dining experience for breakfast with Cape May Cafe featuring Minnie, Daisy, and a few of their pals.
