How To Give A Cast Compliment On The My Disney Experience App

One of the best things about a Disney vacation is the Cast Members. They are always so friendly and willing to help, and they really make your vacation special. Cast Members go out of their way to make sure you have a great time, and one way to show your appreciation is by giving them a Cast Compliment. In this article, we will show you how to give a Cast Compliment using the My Disney Experience App complete with step-by-step instructions.

Prerequisites

In order to give a Cast Compliment, you will need the following:

A smartphone with the My Disney Experience App installed
An active internet connection
A Disney account

Create Account Button - MDE — Create Account Button – MDE

If you do not have a Disney account, you can create one by visiting the login page on the Disney World website, selecting the “Create an Account” button, then filling in the form to register for your free account.

Step By Step Instructions

1.) Open the My Disney Experience App and sign in with your Disney account information. If you're already signed in, you can skip this step.

2.) Tap on the menu icon in the bottom left corner of the screen (it looks like three bars).

3.) Scroll down and tap on 'Cast Compliment.'

4.) Select the reason you would like to compliment a Cast Member

5.) Select where in Disney World the Cast Member Was Located

6.) (Optional) Input Cast Member First Name, Hometown, and Date of Interaction

7.) Finally, hit the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the screen. Cast Members will receive an email notification about your compliment, and you will also receive a confirmation email.
