DVC rooms at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort include deluxe studios, 1-bedroom villas, 2-bedroom villas, and 3-bedroom grand villas. The deluxe studios accommodate up to 5 adults, with the 1-bedroom villas sleeping up to 4 adults, the 2-bedroom villas sleeping up to 9 adults, and the 3-bedroom grand villas accommodating up to 12 adults. Each room comes with either a patio or balcony with views of either the boardwalk, garden, pool, or resort grounds. The multi-bedroom villas are equipped with a full kitchen and laundry machines. Flying Fish- A Signature Disney Dining experience, Flying Fish is a restaurant that takes the best of land and sea. Guests can indulge in Filet Mignon, as well as Seafood Trofie Pasta and enhancements like Cold Water Lobster Tails.

Luna Park Pool– Boardwalk’s main pool is Luna Park Pool. This pool is modeled after a boardwalk amusement park and features a 200 foot-long waterslide designed to look like an old wooden roller coaster. A whirlpool spa and kiddie pool are nearby, and various poolside games and activities take place.
Leisure Pools- Disney’s Boardwalk is home to two leisure pools for guests looking for a more relaxing swimming experience. One located in Rose Garden Courtyard and one is located next to the Community Hall.
Recreation
Recreational activities at Boardwalk include the Community Hall, Side Show Games Arcade, a playground for children, nightly campfires, movies under the stars, surrey bike rentals, tennis and pickleball courts, guided fishing excursions, and nearby mini golf.
Amenities
Disney’s Boardwalk Resort is located within walking distance to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios but also includes water taxis to these parks, and Disney bus services. Complimentary wi-fi and parking, as well as housekeeping services are also available.
