California Grill is a signature dining restaurant located on the 15th floor of Disney’s Contemporary Resort. One of Walt Disney World’s most popular and acclaimed restaurants, it offers sweeping views of Magic Kingdom Park and Seven Seas Lagoon.

The restaurant’s menu features California fusion cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Dishes are often prepared in the open kitchen, which is visible from the dining room and gives guests a chance to see their meals being made.

The menu includes a range of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, as well as a sushi bar with a selection of rolls and sashimi. Standout dishes include the Braised Beef Short Rib Wontons, the Black Truffle Pizza, and the Oak-fired Filet of Beef. There are also vegetarian and vegan options available, such as the plant-based Saffron Risotto or the Strawberry and Raspberry Salad.

The fixed price currently offers guests a 3-course selection menu. You may choose:

One of the highlights of dining at California Grill is the view. The restaurant offers panoramic views of the Magic Kingdom park, and every table has a view of the nightly fireworks show. Guests can also step out onto the observation deck for an even better view of the fireworks.

In addition to its fantastic food and stunning views, California Grill is also known for its extensive wine list, which includes over 300 wines from around the world.

California Grill is open for dinner only, and reservations are strongly recommended. Dress code is business casual, with a no-tank-tops or flip-flop policy.

Overall, California Grill offers a unique and memorable dining experience at Walt Disney World with its exceptional cuisine, breathtaking views, and sophisticated atmosphere.
