Disney Vacation Club resorts are great for all types of Disney vacations, including trips for just two! While larger villas offer plenty of space for families and groups, couples might find that a studio is all they need. DVC studios still offer useful amenities like kitchenettes while allowing guests to use fewer points than they would typically need for a larger villa. Some studios are particularly well-suited for couples thanks to their size, location, or resort atmosphere. Tower Studios at Disney’s Riviera Resort

Tower Studios at Disney’s Riviera Resort were designed specifically with two guests in mind. These rooms sleep up to two adults and feature a queen-size pull-down bed that can be tucked away when it isn’t being used. This gives couples some extra living space during the day despite the studio’s smaller footprint. Each Tower Studio also has a kitchenette, walk-in shower, and private porch or balcony. Riviera is also connected to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios by the Disney Skyliner, making it easy for couples to head out for a day at the parks or an evening around World Showcase.

Duo Studios at Island Tower

Couples staying at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows have another studio designed for just two guests. Duo Studios at Island Tower sleep two adults with a queen-size pull-down bed and include a kitchenette, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private porch or balcony. Couples can also choose between Resort, Preferred, and Premium View categories, with Premium View rooms overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon. Staying at the Polynesian also puts guests close to Magic Kingdom and several great locations for a date night.

Deluxe Studios at Disney’s Riviera Resort

Couples who want a little more space at Riviera can opt for a Deluxe Studio instead. These rooms can accommodate up to five guests, but the extra room can be nice for two adults who don’t want the more compact layout of a Tower Studio. Deluxe Studios have a queen-size bed along with additional pull-down beds, a kitchenette, and a private porch or balcony. Couples can book a Preferred View for views of areas like the courtyard, lake, landscaping, pool, or Disney Skyliner.

Deluxe Studios at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows

The original Deluxe Studios at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are another great choice for couples who prefer a more spacious room. These studios have a queen-size bed, additional pull-down beds, a kitchenette, and a patio or balcony. The Polynesian’s relaxing atmosphere makes it easy to spend some time at the resort instead of rushing to the parks each day. Couples can grab a drink, watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the resort, or take the monorail to nearby resorts for dinner.

Deluxe Studios at Island Tower

Island Tower also offers Deluxe Studios for couples who like the resort but want more space than a Duo Studio provides. These rooms sleep up to four adults and feature a queen-size bed and queen-size pull-down bed. The kitchenette even includes a small dishwasher, which isn’t something you’ll find in most traditional DVC studios. Theme Park View studios are also available, giving couples the option of enjoying views of Magic Kingdom and Seven Seas Lagoon right from their resort.
