Guests who are considering staying at DVC resorts have several options to choose from when it comes to their accommodations. All DVC resorts are deluxe resorts, so each resort will have accommodations like free use of laundry machines, kitchenettes or full kitchens, access to community halls, pools with slides and water play areas, and so much more. If guests wish to experience deluxe accommodations at a more moderate price, then renting DVC is the best choice that they can make for their vacation. But what about the specific room types associated with DVC resorts? Which one is right for you?
Deluxe Studio
The DVC room that resembles a traditional hotel room the most is the Deluxe Studio. These rooms are simple, yet still more spacious than standard hotel rooms. Typically sleeping up to 5 guests, these rooms usually have two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa or pull-down bed. Most have one bathroom, but some like those at Disney’s Polynesian Resort have two. They won’t have a full kitchen but they will have a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink. These rooms are perfect for smaller parties or families of 5 or less. You’ll see great value in these rooms as they use less points and are still large and perfect for long or short stays.

One-Bedroom Villa
DVC’s One-Bedroom Villas are great for those who want a little more space and a little more privacy for their vacation. These rooms will sleep up to 5 or so guests, but the difference between them and an studio room is the amount of space it comes with. The one-bedroom villas have a closed off bedroom instead of having all the beds in one space. They also have full kitchens with full-sized appliances. Sometimes, there are also two bathrooms. The-one bedroom villas are perfect for families with small children so parents can have some privacy or for guests traveling with friends.

Two-Bedroom Villa
The two-bedroom villa features two-bedrooms, and typically sleeps up to 8 guests. These villas are a drastic increase in size when compared to the one-bedroom villas. Great for groups of friends or large families, the two-bedroom villa will have two bathrooms at least. These villas also have full kitchens and laundry machines.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villa
The three-bedroom grand villas will be the most spacious and deluxe of any of the rooms. These villas have three-bedrooms with some sleeping up to 12 guests. If you are traveling with extended family or with a group like a bachelorette party then this is a great option for you. It comes with all of the same features as the other multi-bedroom villas but with more space.

Other Special Room Types
Some DVC resorts have other special room types that work great for large groups or for those who want to take their vacation to the next level. The Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Resort are very private and sleep up to 12 guests, guests can also rent an entire cabin to themselves at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort or Copper Creek. Disney’s Saratoga Springs is home to Treehouse Villas which are unique accommodations in a private setting.
