With all the amazing dining opportunities within the Disney parks you will never feel like you have to leave property for any meal. Having lunch in the parks is a great way to get some extra magic in  your day with some excellent theming, delicious menus, and quick and convenient options that your entire family will enjoy. Magic Kingdom is a classic park that really captures the spirit of Disney perfectly. Guests enjoying Magic Kingdom and all it has to offer can also enjoy some incredible dining opportunities, whether they be table-service or quick-service options. If you have an upcoming visit to Magic Kingdom then be sure to check out these must-do lunch spots!

Crystal Palace

If you’re looking for a great sit-down character meal then Crystal Palace is a definite must-do for you. Crystal Palace is located near Main Street and within a beautiful building with windows and a Victorian-era vibe. Guests can enjoy a lunch buffet filled with great food like carved prime rib, mashed potatoes, shrimp creole, pasta, chicken and gravy, and adorable Winnie the Pooh desserts. Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet wander the restaurant and meet you while you dine. This restaurant’s experience is an overall delight.

Casey’s Corner

Also located near Main Street, Casey’s Corner offers a causal quick-service dining experience in a setting overlooking Cinderella Castle. Casey’s Corner sells chili dogs, hot dogs, and corn dog nuggets with cheese sauce. This fan favorite has been delighting guests and filling bellies for years now. Many guests enjoy taking their food to the nearby Castle Hub Grass to relax. Right outside this restaurant is also where you’ll find the Casey’s Corner pianist performing Disney tunes in a ragtime fashion.

Columbia Harbour House

This quick-service restaurant has great indoor seating options making it perfect for families needing a cool-down! Columbia Harbour House is located in Liberty Square and serves seafood favorites as well as “land” options. Guests love the Lobster Roll, Glazed Salmon, Fish Platter, Shrimp Salad, and Chicken Platter. Families love the abundant seating in the air-conditioning. An additional tip to keep in mind is that Columbia Harbour House is right on the parade route, so time your meal accordingly so you can step outside to a magical performance.

The Plaza Restaurant

This table-service restaurant is quiet but not to be overlooked. The Plaza Restaurant on Main Street is a great place for a causal lunch. The Plaza is full of that Main Street charm that guests love. The menu consists of sandwiches, salads, and burgers. The Triple Decker Turkey Club Sandwich is a guest favorite as well as the Chicken Waldorf Salad.

Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe

Located in Tomorrowland, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe is a great quick-service restaurant for a quick lunch. With classic options like burgers, chicken strips, and salads, you really can’t go wrong in choosing this restaurant to feed your family. Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe even gives you free entertainment while you eat with Sonny Eclipse: the singing space alien.
