Disney just announced the reopening of Typhoon Lagoon will be delayed until March 20th, 2023.

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is set to reopen March 19th, 2023! Make sure you don’t miss out on all the fun and excitement this water park has to offer. From thrilling slides to relaxing lazy rivers, Typhoon Lagoon has something for everyone.

H2O Glow After Hours Events

Plus, H2O Glow After Hours events will start once again on May 20th, 2023 on select nights through September 2nd, 2023.  These special ticketed events give you a chance to enjoy the park after hours and in a more intimate atmosphere. The event includes unlimited access to over 20 waterslides, raft rides and the Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool. In addition, you can experience surprise character appearances, snack on exclusive night-only treats, and even dance along to DJ dance parties.

New Food & Beverage Items

Dole Whip

Guests to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon will be delighted by the wide variety of food and beverage items on offer! This year, there are several new delicious treats to tantalize your taste buds.

New additions include new DOLE Whip flavors such as watermelon, mango, pineapple, strawberry and raspberry available at Snack Shack, a Pineapple Upside Down Cone from Happy Landings and a Barbeque Chicken and Grilled Pineapple Flatbread from Leaning Palms. 

For those looking for something a bit more unique to drink, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon has got you covered! Their new menu of drink offerings includes the Kungaloosh Kooler, an icy mix of fruity strawberry DOLE whip with rum and blackberry-flavored brandy; the Crush ‘N’ Gushed Red and White Sangrias made with a fruity blend of wines; and the Mayday Mojito Flight featuring four different flavors of mojitos. So raise your glass and cheers to a summer of fun at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon!

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is a world-famous attraction located at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This amazing water park offers thrilling slides, stimulating wave pools, and a variety of other fun activities for the whole family to enjoy! The main attraction is Castaway Creek, a 2,100-foot long lazy river complete with hidden caves and unexpected waterfalls. Along the way there are beach chairs and shaded areas perfect for lounging and relaxation.

There are also multiple large tube rides like the Humunga Kowabunga and Miss Fortune Falls. For those looking for an extreme thrill, there’s the Crush ‘n’ Gusher waterslide with three unique tracks for you to race down!
