We recently reported that the TRON: Lightcycle / Run attraction in Magic Kingdom would be performing “technical rehearsals” in the form of a soft opening. Starting today, both the virtual queue and Individual Lightning Lane purchases have become available for the attraction. Let’s take a look!
Virtual Queue
Now guests with Park Pass Reservations at Magic Kingdom can begin joining the Virtual Queue! If you’d like to learn everything there is to know about how to join the Virtual Queue, you can read our in-depth article on the subject here:
Individual Lightning Lane
One additional way to enjoy this experience would be to purchase an individual lightning lane return time. It has now been revealed this will cost $20 per person to secure your return time. Currently all return times are completely sold out for today, selling out extremely quickly this morning.
At this time, both TRON: Lightcycle / Run and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train are not included in the regular Genie+ Lightning Lane service, and are only available for individual purchases, which are limited in quantity each day.
What Are Your Thoughts?
So now that general guests of Magic Kingdom are able to experience this exciting new attraction, are you excited to enter the grid? Do you have a trip to Magic Kingdom coming up and are looking forward to riding TRON? Will you be purchasing individual lightning lane access or trying your luck with the Virtual Queue?
