The DVC Website Gets a Cleaner, More Modern Makeover

New DVC Website Homepage

The Disney Vacation Club website has a fresh coat of paint. DVC rolled out a cosmetic update that tidies up the menu and navigation without changing much of what sits underneath. If you use the site to plan trips or manage your membership, here is what looks different and what stays the same.

A Familiar Kind of Refresh

Recent Walt Disney World website refresh

The changes to the DVC site follow the same playbook Disney used on the main Walt Disney World website a month earlier. This is a visual and navigational tune-up rather than a full rebuild. The goal appears to be a cleaner, more streamlined feel, and the update leans into a minimalist look across the top of the page.

A Streamlined Top Navigation

The biggest change greets you right away. The top menu now presents five dropdown options, laid out from left to right:

  • Discover Membership, which replaces the previous Explore Membership
  • Destinations
  • Member Benefits, which replaces Offers and Benefits
  • Plan Vacation
  • Help and Contact

The trimmed labels give the header a simpler, easier-to-scan appearance. Two small changes round out the top bar. The “Welcome” and “Sign out” links are gone, and the full search bar has been swapped for a compact search icon that sits next to the “My DVC” option along the right edge.

Redesigned Dropdown Menus

Hover over any of the five options and you will notice the sub-menus have a new three-column layout. It is built to guide your eye from the most useful links down to the extras.

The first column highlights the most popular or important options in bold text paired with icons. The center column lists additional options in smaller text. The far-right column features two highlighted picks with full images that match the parent menu, such as new destinations or membership benefits. The result is a layout that surfaces the key links first while still keeping everything within reach.

Small Tweaks to the DVC Branding

The refresh also touches the logo in the upper left corner. The Disney Vacation Club wordmark looks slightly squeezed horizontally, with the Disney script and the Vacation Club text appearing a bit narrower than their standard form.

There is one more branding change worth flagging. The featured logo drops the Mickey Mouse globe that has long appeared across DVC materials. It is a subtle shift, but longtime members who know the classic mark will likely spot it.

What Stays the Same

If you were worried about relearning the whole site, you can relax. This update is mostly cosmetic. The individual pages carry over largely the same information they held before, so the content you rely on has not moved out from under you.

The homepage keeps its familiar structure too, including the large autoplaying video section that sits just below the navigation bar. In practice, you get a cleaner front door without losing the details behind it.

Final Thoughts

The September 2026 DVC website refresh is a light touch that modernizes the look and simplifies the navigation while leaving the underlying content in place. Expect a tidier menu, a redesigned set of dropdowns, and a few branding tweaks the next time you log in. It is a small update, but it makes the site a little easier to move through as you plan your next stay.
