Kickstart your day with Chef Nick Walker’s innovative plant-based delicacy – the Avocado Toast. This breakfast delight boasts avocado, cherry tomatoes, radish, pickled red onions, arugula, and “aïoli” on toasted sunflower bread.

For those who prefer a sweet start, the French Toast Strata, now enhanced with a luscious crème anglaise, is a must-try. It also comes with fresh berries and your choice of bacon or sausage.
