One Day at Disney Springs: Full Itinerary

Disney Springs

Did you know that there is more to Disney World than theme parks? Disney Springs is a massive shopping and entertainment center within Disney World with free admission and lots of fun to be had. Many guests enjoy exploring Disney Springs on their check-in day, check-out day, or during a mid-week break from the parks. With dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, and entertainment options, there is plenty to do at Disney Springs. Guests can easily spend an entire day there exploring and having fun with all that Disney Springs has to offer. If you have an upcoming vacation to Disney World and are wondering how you could spend your time here then continue reading for a full itinerary of a day at Disney Springs.

Start Your Day With Coffee

What better way to start a day off than with a specialty coffee? There are a few places to enjoy coffee when at Disney Springs. Starbucks has two locations in this area, one at Marketplace and one at West Side. If you aren’t a Starbucks fan then you can check out the Joffrey’s location at the landing. There’s also Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew at West Side where you can enjoy coffee and specialty donuts. Gideon’s Bakehouse is also well-known for their cold brews, with their Peanut Butter Cold Brew being quite famous. You can grab huge cookies here as well that are loaded with flavor and deliciousness.

Catch a Matinee Show at AMC Theaters

Did you know that Disney Springs is home to an AMC Movie Theater? One of my favorite things to do to kill time at Disney Springs is catch a matinee showing of a movie. This AMC is a Dine-In location so certain auditoriums offer dine-in services during the movie.

Grab Lunch

When you get hungry for lunch at Disney Springs there’s plenty of great options to choose from. Some of our favorite lunch spots include Earl of Sandwich, Chicken Guy, D-Luxe Burger, and the Disney Food Trucks located in West Side.

Explore the Shops

There are currently 93 shops to explore at Disney Springs! This is the perfect place to shop for souvenirs for folks back home, or to grab anything that you might have missed when visiting the parks. The World of Disney store has everything you need or want, and if you can’t find it there you can’t find it anywhere.

While Disney Springs has many free offerings, there are some paid experiences as well. During your downtime here you can take an Amphicar tour on Lake Buena Vista for $125 per car. You can also take flight in a tethered balloon with Aerophile Flight for $29.99.
