Oga’s Cantina Launches To-Go Drinks at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

Oga’s Cantina has long been one of the harder tables to land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with reservations filling quickly and walk-up waits that can stretch well past a reasonable amount of time. Guests visiting Batuu East now have another option. The cantina has started serving drinks to go, so you can order a cocktail or nonalcoholic concoction without sitting down inside.

Here is how the new service works, what you can order, and what to know before you get in line.

Where to Find the Oga’s To-Go Queue

The to-go line sits right outside the cantina entrance. Walk up to the hostess stand and look to the right, where a section of the stone walkway has been roped off beneath a set of shade umbrellas. Brown banners reading “Oga’s To-Go Queue” hang from the ropes, so the line is easy to tell apart from the standard check-in area for guests with reservations.

The queue itself is compact, with rustic metal posts and rope that match the weathered look of the Black Spire Outpost streets. Depending on crowd levels, you may find only a few guests ahead of you, though the line could grow during warmer afternoons and peak evening hours.

How Ordering Works

There is no mobile order option for Oga’s To-Go. Guests need to wait in the queue and place their order in person with a Cast Member. When you reach the front, you will be handed a menu to look over while you decide.

Keep these rules in mind before you step into line:

  • Orders are placed in person only, with no mobile ordering through the My Disney Experience app.
  • Only beverages are available to go. Food items on the menu cannot be ordered through the to-go line.
  • There is a limit of two drinks per ID.
  • All drinks are served in plastic cups rather than the glassware and specialty vessels used inside the cantina.
  • Drinks that include a souvenir mug are still poured into a plastic cup, and the mug is handed over separately in a box.

Dining Inside vs. Ordering To Go

The to-go service changes a few parts of the Oga’s experience. This side-by-side comparison can help you decide which option fits your day.

A Look at the Menu

Cast Members hand guests the full cantina menu at the to-go stand. The front side lists the Cantina Bites food section along with nonalcoholic options, while the back covers cocktails, beer, cider, and wine. Even though food appears on the menu, remember that only drinks can be ordered to go.

For guests 21 and older, the alcoholic side of the menu includes a long list of themed cocktails along with draft beer, cider, and wine. Selections shown on the menu included:

  • Cocktails: Fuzzy Tauntaun, The Outer Rim, The Sylop, Jedi Mind Trick, Corellian Spike Cold Brew, Nysillin and Bubbles, Bespin Fizz, Jet Juice, The Mythosaur, Kamino Cooler, Yub Nub, and Bloody Rancor
  • Specialty pearl drink: Rodian Ration, made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and sour apple schnapps
  • Beers on tap: Gold Squadron Lager, Gamorrean Ale, and Bad Motivator IPA
  • Cider on tap: Spice Runner Hard Cider
  • Wine on tap: Imperial Guard and Toniray

Since the two drinks per ID limit applies, groups planning to order several cocktails should have each adult in the party present their own identification.

Final Thoughts

Oga’s To-Go gives Galaxy’s Edge visitors a more flexible way to enjoy the cantina’s drink menu without a reservation. With in-person ordering only, a two drink per ID limit, plastic cups, and boxed souvenir mugs, it is a different experience from dining inside, but a practical one for guests short on time. If a Fuzzy Tauntaun or Jabba Juice is on your Hollywood Studios wish list, look for the brown banners to the right of the hostess stand on your next trip to Batuu.
