If you’re looking for a hassle-free way to get from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Disney World, look no further than Mears Connect! The Mears Bus Transportation services will take you directly to the Walt Disney World Resort, without having to worry about booking a ride-share, or renting a car. In this article, we’ll be walking you through how this transportation service works, what the current pricing is, and what to expect from using the Mears Connect bus service.

What To Expect

The Mears Connect bus service provides service between the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.

Where Do You Board The Mears Connect Bus At MCO?

For both A & B terminals, you can head down to level 1, which is the ground transportation level, and follow the signs for “MEARS Shuttles”. For the new C terminal you can head to level 1 ground transportation and head to the Mears desk on the right.

Where Do You Board The Mears Connect Bus At My Resort?

When you’re departing from your resort, you can just simply ask the front desk to let you know where the Mears Connect bus picks up guests at your hotel.

Bus Experience

Mears was the company that serviced the now-extinct Magical Express service, so if you’ve used that service before, you can expect the same experience. Mears buses come equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing ride, including air conditioning, WiFi, and more. The buses are also clean and safe, with plenty of legroom.

If you have little ones in your party that require a carseat in normal transportation, you won’t have to worry about paying extra or bringing a car seat with you for your trip. If you’d like to bring a car seat you can store it in the luggage area.

Standard Service Vs. Express Service

The Standard service is a shared ride service on our Mears Connect vehicle that is economical as the fare includes all tolls and other surcharges. The Connection will make a limited number of stops.

The Express service is direct service to your resort and back to the airport (guaranteed first stop), with limited to no wait time. This service includes all tolls and other surcharges. NOTE: Express service is not considered private service, it may be shared service.

Both standard and express services incorporate all current city, county, state, federal and CDC health and safety measures and both services will provide your party with continuously clean, sanitized vehicles.

what level and spaces does MEARS run the shuttle to and from terminal C ?

    1. The Mears Connect buses are located on level 1 of terminal C. Head to the right to find the Mears kiosk for the specific spaces that the buses are at that day. Hope that helps!

      1. Do separate Mears buses service Terminal C that are different than the Mears buses that service Terminal B? Or should people expect to have an additional stop at terminal C after getting on a Mears bus at Terminal B?

        1. The route each bus takes is optimized using routing software based on the reservations that day, and what stops are needed. It is possible that you could board a bus in terminal B, then proceed to stop to pickup passengers at terminal C, but it is completely dependent on the number of reservations that day. It is also possible that a bus being boarded in terminal B could start its route directly to its first resort stop, skipping terminal C. In this case, an empty bus would start its route at Terminal C and service the customers there. One other thing to keep in mind is that service at terminal C is halted from 1:30 am to 6:30 am, meaning terminal B is the only option for Mears Connect passengers during that short window of time. During this time of the day, buses originating from terminal B will not stop at Terminal C. Hope that helps answer your question!
