Hurricane Hanna’s is one of my favorite places in all of Walt Disney World. The bartenders are excellent, friendly, and consistent (some have been imbibing me for over a decade!); the drinks are sweet and strong; and the atmosphere is breezy. A sip of a drink from Hurricane Hanna’s tells me I am on vacation and it is time to relax!

Overview
Hurricane Hanna’s is a small pool bar alongside Storm-a-long Bay at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort, which has long been regarded as the best pool on Disney property. There are about ten seats surrounding the light-colored bar top, and the bartenders are always happy to change the channel to the sporting event of your choosing!
While Hurricane Hanna’s is known for its sweeter, tropical drinks like their Category 5 and Storm Chaser cocktails, they also serve a variety of beer (both canned and on tap), wine, and offer a full bar. The food menu is somewhat limited to cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, and salads, but there are a handful of unique items such as a New England-inspired seafood roll. And, not to worry: there are vegan options (a fairly new impossible burger) and children’s options.
Overall, Hurricane Hanna’s is the place to be if you need a sweet respite from the crowds and heat of the parks!
