Calling all Disney Vacation Club Members! Get your swimsuits packed because Disney has announced an exclusive, DVC members only, cruise to the Bahamas on their newest ship, The WISH! The 4-night, round trip cruise leaves from Cape Canaveral on September 4, 2023 and makes it’s first stop at Disney’s private Island, Castaway Cay, where you can enjoy some relaxing time on the beach or fill your day with some of the many activities offered. End your trip at Nassau, Bahamas before making your way back home. Here’s the full itinerary:
  • Monday, September 4, 2023 – Depart from Port Canaveral, FL
  • Tuesday, September 5, 2023 – Enjoy a day at sea filled with unique experiences and special shows created with Members in mind

But why book a DVC exclusive cruise, you ask? Well, for the extra perks, of course! “A Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise elevates the already spectacular Disney Cruise Line experience.” says Disney. Extra perks includes special entertainment and shows with the members in mind, daily gifts delivered to your stateroom, and themed décor, just to name a few.

Along with these extra perks, members will get to experience the new and fun filled attractions onboard the newest ship, like the AquaMouse. Disney’s first ever attraction at sea, AquaMouse, is a 760 feet water slide that takes you on a scenic ride around the ship while you enjoy music, show scenes, lighting  and special effects  based on Mickey Mouse’s animated shorts. Other activities the kiddos can enjoy, include the Toy Story Splash Zone, character experiences, interactive dinning, Broadway style shows and the coolest kids’ club around that includes a Marvel Superhero Academy, Fairytale Hall and Disney Imagineer Lab, where kids can build their own rollercoasters.

And while the children are off having the time of their lives, the adults can escape and check out some of the “elevated adult spaces.” Perhaps being transported through the Star Wars galaxy at the Hyperspace lounge will call your name. Or escaping to the Quiet Cove, an oasis at sea, featuring an infinity pool, bar and poolside lounge , will be more your thing. However you like to have fun, the Wish will surely provide.
