The Disney100 Celebration is a way to honor the Walt Disney Company’s 100 year anniversary! Currently, there are special offerings at Disneyland for this celebration, such as new nighttime spectaculars, themed decor, and a Disney100 exhibit. At Walt Disney World, the celebrations have yet to kick off with most limited-time offerings beginning on September 22nd. In addition to the decor already placed at the parks and Disney Springs, new experiences will be coming to EPCOT once the celebration begins.
Although Disney100 is not yet in full swing, there has been a rollout of unique collection of merchandise at both Disneyland and Disney World. The Disney100 Decades collection features items themed with iconic and rare films, characters, and shows from Disney’s past. Each release from this collection has focused on a different decade since the company began in 1923. So far, there have been releases up to the 1980s and the 1990s items will be available on September 18th.
