Boarding
Best Friends Pet Hotel offers both overnight and daytime boarding. For daytime boarding, Best Friends Pet Hotel opens an hour before the park opens and closes an hour after the park closes. Indoor boarding for dogs includes 2 potty walks per day, bedding, and bowls. Indoor/Outdoor boarding for dogs includes 2 potty walks, a private outdoor patio, bedding, and bowls.
Vacation Villas are available for dogs which includes welcome Freely bone broth pop, 1 potty walk, 1 playtime, flat screen TV, Petchatz webcam, private outdoor patio, premium bedding and bowls. Luxury Suites include the same as Vacation Villas but with 2 potty walks and 2 playtimes.
Club Suites includes personal concierge, welcome Freely bone broth pop, 2 potty walks, 2 playtimes, flat screen TV, Petchatz webcam, private outdoor patio, premium bedding and bowls, bedtime story, daily/nightly updates with photo, Go Home Fresh bath with a minimum of 3 days/nights to qualify, and a Best Friends Tote with seasonal gifts.
Group Play is also available for your furry friends, guaranteeing 4 hours of playtime.
Cats are able to be boarded at Best Friends Pet Hotel as well, with either 2-level condos or 4-level townhomes available. Small pets can be boarded as long as the guest provides the pet’s enclosure.
Extras
Add-ons for dogs include playtime, playgroup, cuddle time, walk & explore, bottled water, bedtime story, ice cream break, holiday meal, and premium beds. Add-ons for cats include playtime, cookies & milk, tuna on a Ritz, activity toy, and a premium bed. Best Friends Pet Hotel is also home to a grooming salon where pets can be treated to a shampoo, style, and cut, flea treatment, pedicures, or flea treatments.
Requirements
All pets at Best Friends Pet Hotel must be up to date on vaccines with written documentation from a veterinarian. This documentation is required to be submitted upon check-in or prior to arrival. Best Friends Pet Salon cannot accept pets that are venomous, and cannot accept primates or exotic species.
