Best Walt Disney World Park To See Disney Princesses

Disney princesses are a highlight for many children and adults. Seeing these characters may be on your must do list for your vacation, but what is the best Walt Disney World park to see the Disney princesses? Since 2021 has not been a typical year for character meet and greets, this article will answer that question for current character meet and greets, as well as where you can find each specific princess inside of the parks right now.

Magic Kingdom

Let’s start off with the most obvious choice to spot a princess. Magic Kingdom is definitely one of the most princess central parks in Walt Disney World. Since Magic Kingdom houses Fantasyland, many of the princesses can be found here. Currently indoor meet and greets with princesses can be found at the Princess Fairytale Hall. There are two entrances into Princess Fairytale Hall, each with two princesses. The attraction information will list the staple princess of the day and “a visiting princess”. However, from our experience, it is usually the same princesses everyday at the time this article was published. The current princess line up is:

  • Cinderella
  • Tiana
  • Rapunzel
  • Elena

Hollywood Studios

If meeting Disney princesses is high on your to do list, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is out of the running. There are a ton of great character meet and greets at this park, but there no Disney princesses at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at this time.

Instead guests can find characters from Disney Junior, Star Wars, and the “Sensational Six” which includes Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Pluto, and Daisy.

Epcot

Epcot is a surprisingly great park for character meet and greets, in particular those of Disney royalty. Currently, Epcot offers more princess meet and greets than any other Disney park, including Magic Kingdom. All of the Disney princess meet and greets are done outside in Epcot and are located all throughout the World Showcase. Currently guests can find princesses in the following locations:

  • Elsa and Anna – Norway Pavilion
  • Mulan – China Pavilion
  • Snow White – Germany Pavilion
  • Jasmine – Morocco Pavilion
  • Belle – France Pavilion
  • Aurora – France Pavilion

Animal Kingdom

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a park that focuses more on animal characters from Disney’s feature films than the princesses, but there is still one that guests can see here. Pocahontas can be seen riding on a flotilla throughout the park, but an up close meet and greet is not available with her at this time.

The Best of the Best

So what is the best Disney World park to see Disney princesses right now? The answer is surprisingly, Epcot! Epcot gets our vote because of the larger number of princesses that can be found in the park for close up meet and greets. Magic Kingdom is definitely a close second and still a great choice for meeting Disney royalty. However, which park you prefer for princess meet and greets will depend on who is yours or your little ones favorite princess. If your child loves Cinderella, Magic Kingdom would be the best; if you must meet Jasmine, head to Epcot.
