Must-do’s In EPCOT World Showcase’s France Pavilion

EPCOT’s World Showcase is a fan-favorite attraction because of its 11 country pavilions. Each pavilion represents its country authentically and proudly, and each pavilion has its own unique set of attractions, dining, entertainment, and shopping opportunities. The France pavilion can be found in-between Morocco and International Gateway, EPCOT’s Skyliner location and second entrance/exit. The France pavilion has seen its share of upgrades throughout the years that have transformed it into one of the best World Showcase pavilions. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure

One of EPCOT’s newest attractions is Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Guests are the size of a rat during this attraction that takes them through Gusteau’s kitchen. Guests are treated to 4D effects during this innovative dark-ride attraction that combines screens with real-life effects. This attraction is suitable for guests of all heights, but guests should be aware that some small children might be frightened by the dark and noisy attraction.

Impressions de France

If you have ever wanted to travel to France, then Impressions de France is a must-do! This 18-minute film showcases the beauty of the country of France on a 200-foot widescreen. Guests will be transported to famous locations throughout France like Cheverny Forest, the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles, and Paris.

Beauty And The Beast Sing-Along

A quaint French theater awaits you for this next must-do! Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along is a hidden gem in the France pavilion. This 15 minute-long singalong experience is narrated by Mrs. Potts and takes guests through iconic songs from the Beauty and the Beast film.

Meet Belle and Aurora

Both Belle and Princess Aurora have meet and greets within the France pavilion. This is a must-do for any Disney princess fan! Aurora can be found in a gazebo just outside of the pavilion’s gardens. Belle can be found greeting in her blue village dress outside of the pavilion near the World Showcase Lagoon.

Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie

If you love pastries and sweets then you absolutely must stop by Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie. This authentic French bakery serves pastries and sweets that you can’t get anywhere else at Disney World. If you don’t have much of a sweet tooth then you can enjoy some of the specialty sandwiches, bisques, and breads that Les Halles makes fresh every day.

Espresso and cappuccinos can be enjoyed here as well as champagne, wine, mimosas, and more. Some desserts served here include macarons, chocolate eclairs, creme brulee, chocolate mousse, chocolate croissants, chocolate chip cookies, and almond croissants. Some savory items include brie and apple sandwiches, fresh baked baguettes, imported cheeses, and egg and bacon croissants with cheese.
