To celebrate being halfway to Halloween, Disney announced that an After Hours “Boo Bash” will be coming to Magic Kingdom this Fall. This will be a unique event in the parks this year that guests cannot wait to participate in.
Event Information
“Disney After Hours Boo Bash” will occur on select dates beginning on August 10 and running through October 31. This ticketed event will begin at 9 PM and will go until midnight. Being in the park after hours is a treat on its own, but guests will also be treated to Halloween themed festivities such as:
- Performances by the Cadaver Dans
- Halloween Cavalcades
- Special Character Sightings
- Treat Stops for Candy
All guests are welcome to wear costumes to this event, although costume masks are not allowed on anyone over the age of 14. Face coverings are also still required for those ages 2 and up, so make sure to find the perfect face mask for children attending this spooky Disney World event.
Participating in Disney’s After Hours events grants guests the opportunity to enjoy Disney parks with a low number of people and very low wait times for all of the attractions. It is truly an amazing experience.
Ticket Information
Boo Bash tickets are separate from regular park tickets and park admission reservations. Those who purchase tickets for this event will be able to enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 7 PM, with no need for a day ticket or park reservation. Guests will then be able to enjoy the park and the festivities until midnight.
Tickets will go on sale in June to the general public. However, guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels will have the opportunity to purchase tickets early. The date of the early purchasing window has not yet been announced, but Disney is likely to release it in the next couple of weeks.
