Discounted Park Tickets
Active and retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces may purchase discounted tickets for Walt Disney World parks! Formerly known as the Disney Military Promotional Ticket, eligible guests can choose from 4 or 5-day Disney Military Salute Tickets to be used between the dates of January 1 and December 16, 2022. Prices and ticket options for 2022 are as follows:
4-day Military Salute Tickets
- With the Park Hopper Option: $329 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $359 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Option and Disney Genie+ service: $389 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Plus Option and Disney Genie+ service: $419 plus tax
5-day Military Salute Tickets
- With the Park Hopper Option: $349 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $379 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Option and Disney Genie+ service: $424 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Plus Option and Disney Genie+ service: $454 plus tax
Promotional park tickets are also offered at U.S. military base ticket offices and may be less than the prices listed above, so be sure to compare before making the big purchase! Also, a valid park reservation is also required for park entry, so check availability for your travel dates before purchasing.
Great Rates At Disney Resort Hotels
While Walt Disney World typically offers seasonal discounts for certain rooms and stays at their resorts, active military members and veterans can take advantage of their own discounted rates on stays between 1 and 14 nights. While not displayed online, eligible guests are encouraged to call (407) 939-7830 to inquire about discounts at eligible resorts available on stays most nights through December 16, 2022.
Active and retired military personnel may also stay at Shades of Green Resort, a Disney resort exclusively for military families. Guests of Shades of Green will enjoy larger standard rooms with the option to book various-sized suites, a variety of recreational activities and dining options, on-site AAFES tax-free shopping, and close proximity to Magic Kingdom. What’s more is that guests of Shades of Green will enjoy the benefits of staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort such as early park entry and extended evening hours. Shades of Green runs their own specials on their resort rooms, so be sure to check their website before booking to ensure you are getting the best available rate!
Memory Maker
Military personnel can also save on Memory Maker, which gives guests unlimited access to their PhotoPass photos from their Walt Disney World vacation. PhotoPass photographers are found all over the Disney parks and even Disney Springs ready to pose your family in front of icons like the Tower of Terror and Cinderella’s Castle. Memory Maker will also grant you access to photos taken on rides and attractions. The price for Memory Maker is usually $169 if added at the time you purchase your park tickets and $199 if added later. Through December 16, 2022, military families can purchase Memory Maker for $98! The specially-priced Memory Maker may be purchased only at Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows by eligible service members or their spouse.
Discounts At Disney Springs
Many stores, vendors, and restaurants at Disney Springs will offer a discount to active military and veterans. If not advertised, be sure to inquire to save anywhere from 10-25% with a valid military ID!
