Mermaid Caramel Ganache Pop
Over at The Ganachery, the Mermaid Caramel Ganache Pop offers salted caramel ganache wrapped in milk chocolate. The rectangular shell is textured like rolling waves, dusted in blue and purple, and finished with an orange starfish.

Belle Cup of Enchantment
The Belle Cup of Enchantment at Fairfax Fare pairs cranberry juice with Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange Guava Juice. The golden-orange drink gets a yellow shimmer and strawberry boba pearls, a nod to Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
Bubbles of the Sea
At ABC Commissary and Market, Bubbles of the Sea mixes Gold Peak Sweet Green Tea, lemon juice, pineapple, and guava. Green boba pearls rise through the pale, shimmering drink, echoing bubbles in the ocean from The Little Mermaid.

Aurora Cone
The Aurora Cone at Storybook Treats combines strawberry DOLE Whip and blue soft-serve in a blue sugar cone. The two colors swirl together as a reference to the fairies debating the color of Aurora’s dress in Sleeping Beauty, with white chocolate crispy pearls scattered on top.
Tiana’s Famous Beignets
At Golden Oak Outpost, Tiana’s Famous Beignets are light, fluffy pastries dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with honey. The square treats take their cue from the beignets Tiana serves in The Princess and the Frog.

The Royal Chef’s Dessert Plate
The Royal Chef’s Dessert Plate is served at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion as part of the Disney Princess dining experience. The plate features an assortment of Norwegian-inspired desserts, including petite pastries and cake pops. Some pops are topped with mermaid tails, while golden-yellow domes are decorated with red roses.

Motunui Ube Sundae
The Motunui Ube Sundae at the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck is inspired by Moana and her island home. It starts with purple ube soft-serve, then adds tropical fruits, coconut, raspberry crumbs, and macadamia nuts. The mix of red and yellow fruit, shredded coconut, crunchy crumbs, and nuts brings several contrasting colors and textures to each serving.

Tiana’s Caramel Eclair
Tiana’s Caramel Eclair is filled with honey cremeux, caramel, and spiced pecans. The green eclair shell holds piped cream, caramel, and pecan pieces, with a long chocolate decoration featuring a stylized lotus design resting on top. You can find it at both Riverside Mill Food Court and Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, which means it is available at Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter.

Lemon Blueberry Entremet
The Lemon Blueberry Entremet at Le Petit Cafe is made with blueberry mousse, lemon chiffon cake, lemon curd, and blueberry compote. The glossy purple dessert is decorated with a trail of yellow frosting that resembles Rapunzel’s braided hair, along with colorful flowers and a white chocolate medallion carrying the sun emblem of Corona from Tangled.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
The Ocean Chose You
The Ocean Chose You is available at Capt. Cook’s and Kona Island. It brings together banana chiffon, caramel-milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate-banana crumbs, vanilla syrup, and buttercream. The round cake is covered in bright blue buttercream with sculpted waves around the base, plus sand-like crumbs on top, a pink flower, a seashell, and a green heart of Te Fiti decoration.

Tiana’s Mint Chocolate Chip Bar
Tiana’s Mint Chocolate Chip Bar at Gasparilla Island Grill features mint chocolate chip mousse over a cocoa biscuit. The smooth green bar sits on a thin chocolate cookie base and is topped with a long chocolate piece showing a lotus and gold flourishes inspired by Tiana.
