Unique Queue Lines At Magic Kingdom

Disney World is known for its details, and when guests spend a portion of their day in attraction queues, it only makes sense for these lines to be themed and unique. The Disney details are what keeps guests coming back year after year. The Imagineers have thought out every single detail when it comes to the attractions at the park, and many guests consider the beginning of the attraction to be the very moment you step into the queue line. Magic Kingdom is a classic park full of attractions both original and new. Here are just a few of our favorite unique queue lines at Magic Kingdom.

Peter Pan’s Flight

This classic attraction has been a guest-favorite for so many years, and while the interior of the attraction hasn’t changed much, the queue line has. The queue for this attraction was updated several years ago to be an interactive experience, which many guests love because the line tends to get lengthy for this popular attraction. Guests can play with shadows, get an inside look into the Darling home, and interact with many features throughout the line. This charming attraction is quite worth the wait, even without the extra magic in the queue!

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

Another attraction with a fun, interactive, and innovative queue area is The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Located in Fantasyland, this delightful attraction explores The Hundred Acre Woods with Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger, and many other friends. The queue for this attraction features several interactive games and screens. Guests can draw with honey, bang on drums, spin pinwheels, guide bees along tracks, and so much more. This queue (and attraction!) is fun for the whole family and for guests of all ages!

Dumbo the Flying Elephant

Perhaps the most unique queue of all is within Dumbo the Flying Elephant in Fantasyland. This queue experience is different than the others because it contains a playground for children to enjoy. Guests wait in line until they reach the indoor circus playground, and then they have the option to either play until they are ready to leave or continue on through the line. This playground is a great break for kids, and it even has a small playground for babies and toddlers to enjoy.

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

Another interactive queue experience is within Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. This family roller coaster continues to have family in mind during the line where guests can sort gems, spin barrels, see lighting effects, and more. Guests will really feel like they are in the mine during this thematic queue experience. This attraction is for guests 38 inches or taller, and so the queue is something the entire family can enjoy together.
