A Guide to Easter at Disneyland 2024

Mad tea party

Are you getting ready for a magical adventure at Disneyland during Easter weekend? If yes, read on to learn about some fun things you can expect to experience during your magical Easter visit.

Experience Classic Theme Park Rides

When my family and I visited the Disneyland Resort on Easter of 2022, we loved that we could experience the classic rides like Space Mountain, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Big Thunder  Mountain Railroad.

Easter is a beautiful time to visit the Disneyland Resort, but keep in mind that crowds may be higher, so investing in Disney Genie Plus Service would be a wise idea. This service starts at $30.00 a day. The cost fluctuates based on the date, but trust me, it is more than worth it. It allows you to book Lightning Lane reservations for your favorite attractions. Keep in mind that you will be limited to one lightning lane per attraction per day. Be sure to choose the next ride so that you can maximize the usage of the service. Enjoy!

For $9.99 plus tax, you and your family can grab a sticker map to hunt for eggs, Once you have found the egg that corresponds with the sticker, place the sticker on the map. When you have conquered the quest of filling u your sticker map and completing your hunt, hurry on over to a redemption spot where you will get an extra special souvenir: one of 6 collectible keepsakes. The keepsakes are adorable and will surely be treasured by your family for years to come.

Pro Tip: Buy each child in your party their own map and stickers. Not only is the keepsake an affordable souvenir but since there are six different variations of them, buying more than one map ensures that you get a variety of keepsakes for your family to enjoy. Compared to the other types of souvenirs that can be purchased at Disneyland, these keepsakes are very affordable. Plus, it will remind your kids of the time that they hunted around the Disneyland Resort. How many people can say they hunted for eggs around Disneyland?

Around Easter, Disneyland is decked out in lushly beautiful springtime flowers. Also, Mr. Easter Bunny himself has also been known to make an appearance on Main Street, U.S.A., in Disneyland Park. So, be on the lookout and try to snap a picture with the cutest bunny of all time!
