However, being a DVC member comes with certain responsibilities and deadlines that need to be adhered to in order to make the most of your membership. Annual Dues
As a DVC member, annual dues payments are officially due on January 15th of each year, but there is a 1-month grace period until February 15th before late fees are assessed.
Monthly Auto Pay Deadline
If you wish to set up monthly autopay, you will need to do so by January 31st. Currently, a US-based checking account is required to set up monthly autopay. Booking Windows
11-Month Booking Window
Every Disney Vacation Club owner is eligible to make DVC reservations 11 months in advance at their home resort, i.e. the resort on your contract.
7-Month Booking Window
For any reservations made at your non-home resort location, all DVC owners are subject to book during the 7-month booking window.

You can bank your DVC points up to 12 months in advance, but there are banking deadlines in place that prevent members from banking their points 4 months or less before the end of the user year. DVC Points Expiration Date
Your Disney Vacation Club points will expire on the last day of your use year at midnight eastern time. You can see below the exact date each year your Vacation Points will expire for each of the use years that are available to DVC members.
