Disney World has several table-service restaurants throughout all 4 parks, Disney Springs, and Disney resorts. Enjoying a table-service meal during your vacation can not only give you a break from your busy park day but also allow you to experience even more Disney theming and magic. With so many options for dining, you can certainly find a restaurant with a menu to please your entire family. Many restaurants serve American-style meals and classic dishes that everyone will recognize. However there are several Disney World restaurants with creative menus and unique entrees. If you enjoy experiencing new foods during your vacation then check out these 5 unique entrees at Disney World table-service restaurants.

1. Taste of the Caribbean at Sebastian’s Bistro

Located at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Sebastian’s Bistro is just a Skyliner ride away for guests traveling from EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. Sebastian’s Bistro is a charming restaurant that serves Caribbean food. This restaurant operates family-style, meaning guests are served from a pre-determined menu in an all-you-care-to-enjoy fashion. Guests can find unique foods at Sebastian’s from the appetizers to the sides, but the entree at Sebastian’s is truly special. Guests can enjoy the Taste of the Caribbean which includes a unique combination of oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked Mojo pork with Mango Sambal, Grilled Chili-rubbed Beef with Mojito relish, and sustainable baked fish with Veracruz sauce.

2. Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe

Considered a Disney classic, the Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe is a unique entree that is served only for breakfast. Kona Cafe is a popular breakfast spot and is located at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. The Tonga Toast is is a unique combination of sourdough French Toast stuffed with bananas, rolled in cinnamon sugar, and served with a strawberry compote. Guests of Kona Cafe might also enjoy the Macadamia Nut Pancakes and Polynesian Egg Platter.

3. Kobe Beef Burger at Yak & Yeti

Located inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Yak & Yeti Restaurant serves pan-Asian cuisine in a unique setting decorated with Southeast Asian artifacts. Yak & Yet contains several unique entrees that explore new flavors, but one standout entree is the Kobe Beef Burger. This burger features 10 ounces of grilled American Kobe beef, sesame-soy mayonnaise, topped with either mushroom and scallop compote or Asian slaw. This burger is a twist on an American favorite, bringing new and unique flavors to guests.

4. Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus

If you are looking for character dining with a unique menu then look no further than Akershus. This restaurant features your favorite Disney Princesses that meet and greet you while you dine. Akershus offers a Princess Storybook Dining buffet that serves unique Scandinavian and Norwegian-inspired food. Guests of Akershus can expect to find entrees like Kylling: Chicken with Apple and Fennel Preserves, seared salmon, and Norwegian meatballs.

5. Fune at Shiki-Sai

Shiki-Sai is a restaurant located in EPCOT’s Japan pavilion serving a variety of sushi and other authentic Japanese entrees. Guests of Shiki-Sai can order the unique Fune, which serves 4-6 and features a variety of sushi and sashimi in a boat-style presentation. This unique entree can only be found at Shiki-Sai, and allows guests to sample various sushi that they might not typically get to try. The presentation of the Fune makes for a meal you won’t soon forget.
