Walt Disney World Annual Pass Sales To Resume This Month

Disney World Annual Pass Sales Returning

Breaking news today as Disney announced that Walt Disney World Annual Pass sales will resume this month, specifically, on April 20th, 2023! This news has been long awaited by many Disney fans and the response is sure to be overwhelming.

All Annual Passes Returning

Since Disney paused the sale of Walt Disney World Annual Passes, the only one that has been available to buy was the Pixie Pass, and that is only available for Florida residents. Not to mention that pass has a large amount of blackout dates, leading to many guests not having an option for weekends or other important dates in the parks.

That will soon be changing. On April 20th guests will be able to choose from the Pirate Pass, Sorcerer Pass, and the Incredi-Pass. It states on the Disney website that the passes will be available online, although the time of day has not yet been released.

Expected Annual Pass Pricing

Back in November, we reported on the expected Annual Pass prices once they did return. We have included a table below to show the price increases that are expected to be seen.

Annual Pass Type Previous Price New Price Increase
Incri-Pass $1,299 $1,399 +$100
Sorcerer $899  $969 +$70
Pirate $699 $749 +$50
Pixie $399 $399 +$0

Limited Quantity

In the tweet from the Disney Parks Twitter page, Disney does state that the pass quantity will be limited, and the passes could become unavailable at any point. So be sure to be ready as soon as they open the online link so that you can grab up one of these coveted passes! As a reminder, All Annual Passes continue to be available for renewal, so if you currently have an annual pass you’ll want to make sure to renew it as soon as possible to ensure you can keep it.

Sorcerer Pass Releasing Early For DVC Members

Are you a DVC Member? Well according to Disney, qualifying DVC Members will be able to purchase the DVC Disney Sorcerer Pass beginning April 13th, a full seven days before the general public.

Annual Pass Benefits

When you become an Annual Passholder, you will receive a large amount of benefits, such as the fact that starting April 18th Annual Passholders will not need park reservations after 2 PM, except for specific dates, or weekends at Magic Kingdom. Not to mention all of the Annual Pass discounts that you receive at so many Disney locations.

All in all, Disney World’s Annual Pass offer an amazing value for those who love to visit the parks even just a few times throughout the year.
