Disney Vacation Club members have a unique perk that they can take advantage of, even before they set foot in the resort. Known for its dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience, Disney itself offers a grocery ordering service that allows DVC members to stock their villa’s kitchen ahead of their arrival.
This service originates from a time before popular grocery delivery services from brands like Instacart or Walmart, and is available at all DVC resorts except for Grand Californian and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
How It Works
Guests can make their selections from the grocery order lists up to three days before their arrival. The filled-out form is then emailed to the resort for fulfillment. While the prices might be higher compared to neighborhood grocery stores, DVC members get to enjoy a 20% discount. Note, there is also a $10 service fee for each order.

Resort Gift Shops & Other Options
In addition to pre-arrival grocery ordering, guests can also purchase most of the items listed on the grocery lists from the resort gift shops or marketplaces. However, for those who value convenience and would rather have their groceries waiting for them in their DVC villa, the pre-arrival grocery ordering service is a fantastic option to take advantage of.
