Fantasy Springs Merch

Welcome! The journey was long, but you finally made it to Disney in East Asia. After exploring the lands, riding attractions, meeting characters, trying unique snacks, you decide, “It’s time to buy a souvenir.” But what should you buy to remember this moment? What are some of the unique souvenirs available in Disney Sea and Disneyland Tokyo? In this article, I will be sharing great merchandise to purchase that are not only rare but super kawaii !  Let’s get started!

1. Japanese Character Mercandise

Disney Sea is home to an adorable group of characters named Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, LinaBell and ‘Olu Mel. These characters are unique to Asian Disney parks, specifically Japan. This is a great souvenir to purchase because the characters come in different styles such as keychain-form, or as a plushie. There are also coin purses, wallets and bags with the character’s face on them which are adorable. I recommend purchasing any of these items if you want a one-of-a-kind Disney Sea souvenir.

2. Mickey Ears and Headwear

Disneyland Tokyo and Disney Sea are home to the cutest Mickey ears designs! These range in colors, texture, characters, etc… The most famous Mickey ears showcase popular Japanese snacks. Some examples include the Mickey Bao bun and the Mickey burger. With the addition of Fantasy Springs in Disney Sea, there are new hats that were introduced representing the Lost Boys from Peter Pan. These are also a great purchase. During the winter months, there are sherpa Mickey hats being sold in different colors, as well as giant plushy head hats of characters such as Sully, the Green Aliens and Baymax. Therefore, whatever season you choose to visit, there will be interesting and unique ears/headwear for you to choose from.

3. Jewelry & Accessories

If you appreciate dainty earrings, necklaces, a quirky lanyard, or pins, then the shops here will not disappoint. There is a plethora of accessories for those who like to buy jewelry pieces, and most are themed to iconic Disney characters. If you prefer simpler accessories, such as keychains or lanyards, then you will also find some unique options in the stores.

4. Stationery

If you love hands-on, creative hobbies like journaling, sticker making, and more, then you will find the best, most original stationery in Disneyland Tokyo. The interesting thing is that Japanese people love writing materials, so it is fitting to find these products in Disney. You will find tons of stickers, journal pads, pens, washi tape, all themed to Disney and Pixar characters. They are not only charming, but a fair, acceptable price.

5. Snack Tins & Popcorn Buckets

A very obscure, but commonly bought souvenir are snack tins, however Tokyo Disney Resort takes snacks to another level because the packaging is absolutely stunning. The snack tins range from small to large, and some come in packs that can be bought as gifts for others (or for yourself). Popcorn buckets are purchased often, as most fans take the opportunity to try the eccentric popcorn flavors and purchase a bucket as a token of remembrance.

The souvenirs highlighted in this article are the most common keepsakes for guests who visit the Tokyo Disney resort. Both Disney Sea and Tokyo Disneyland possess these items, but the quantity may vary based on popular demand. Regardless, anything purchased in Japan makes for a great memory. I sincerely wish, dear reader, that purchasing these incomparable mementos help show off your fabulous vacation!
