Disney World is well-known for its delicious restaurants and wonderful dining experiences. Many guests don’t realize that dining at Disney goes beyond the parks. Contempo Cafe at Disney’s Contemporary Resort

The quick-service restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower is Contempo Cafe, and with its beautiful location in the main concourse of the resort this restaurant has many fans. Contempo Cafe has a wonderful selection for breakfast including classic Mickey waffles and “totcho” bowls. Guests can also find a variety of coffee beverages and alcoholic breakfast cocktails!

For lunch and dinner, Contempo Cafe is a great source of unique grab and go options like a grilled shrimp bowl, meatball subs, various deli wraps, and burgers. Guests can also enjoy flatbreads, salads, and a huge assortment of desserts like specialty cupcakes and cookies.

Captain Cook’s at Disney’s Polynesian Resort

Many guests find Captain Cook’s at Disney’s Polynesian Resort to be a hidden gem because of its unique and delicious menu. This quick-service restaurant is really quite special because it has a menu item that can only be found here and at Kona Cafe: Tonga Toast! Tonga Toast is a breakfast item that consists of banana-stuffed sourdough bread that is battered and deep fried, then tossed in cinnamon-sugar. Tonga Toast has become a fan favorite of many guests and has become quite famous throughout the years. Guests going to Captain Cook’s for breakfast can also expect to find breakfast burritos, morning flatbread, and Mickey waffles.

Lunch and dinner food consists of Hawaiian-inspired goodies like the Aloha Pork Sandwich, as well as the spicy Korean chicken bowl and Thai coconut meatballs. Guests can also find more basic food like cheeseburgers and pizza flatbread.

Disney’s Boardwalk Resort is an excellent stop for foodies because of its many restaurants and bars. One of these restaurants is the quick-service location, Boardwalk Deli. This classic deli serves a wonderful breakfast with fresh-made bagels. Guests can get bagel sandwiches and even bagels with smoked salmon. A wide variety of fresh-made pastries are available for breakfast as well like the Mickey cinnamon roll and chocolate croissant.

For lunch and dinner guests can expect to find incredible deli sandwiches like Rubens, Italian subs, grilled cheese, wraps, and turkey sandwiches. Soups and salads are also available, and pastries are served all day long!

Primo Piatto at Disney’s Riviera Resort

Disney’s newest DVC resort is home to a great quick-service dining location: Primo Piatto. Primo Piatto takes all of the flavors of the riviera and serves them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, guests can enjoy a French breakfast specialty: Croque Madam- French ham and Swiss with a fried egg. Guests can also enjoy a Ciabatta breakfast sandwich or blueberry-lemon pancakes.

For lunch and dinner, hearth-baked pizzas are available along with hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, salads, and soups.
