Dining Overview
T-Rex is restaurant in Disney Springs that has a fun and immersive theme. Guests will be transported back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. There are prehistoric looking plants all over the restaurant, audio animatronic dinosaurs all over, and even themed rooms. Each of the dining areas has its own theme to it. The bar area gives guests a prehistoric ocean vibe, with a giant fish tank and octopus. The open dining area is like being in the open plains with dinosaurs as they graze. Another area is an ice age style room with a giant T-Rex skeleton. The “ice” in this room changes colors on a schedule signifying comet strikes.
The menu at T-Rex is extensive and has numerous options for people with all dietary preferences. Many of the items has a themed name to go along with it as well to add to the immersive nature of the restaurant. The kids menu is also quite extensive, proving that this is one of the most family friendly dining locations that Disney Springs offers.
The portion sizes are very good for the prices, and guests will not be left hungry at the end of this meal. From appetizers to entrees, the T-Rex Restaurant will not disappoint. This is a definite stop for families.
