There’s an exciting update for those who’ve been eyeing a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) membership. For the first time, Fort Wilderness Cabins are now available to first-time buyers. This shift not only broadens the opportunities for prospective members but also adds a new layer to the DVC experience.

Accessibility for First-Time Buyers

Previously, the cabins were only available to existing DVC members through resale. Now, Disney has opened up sales, allowing first-time buyers to purchase directly from them. This decision opens up a new avenue for first-time DVC buyers who wish to make their dream Disney vacation a reality.

Financial Aspects to Consider

While the allure of the cabins and the perks of the DVC membership are enticing, it’s essential to consider the financial aspects. The cost of the cabins, annual dues, and the overall value over time should be evaluated carefully. While the Cabins at Fort Wilderness will offer a unique vacation experience, this resort carries with it some of the highest annual dues in the Disney Vacation Club resort portfolio.

Step into the Magic: Your Disney Dream Awaits

In conclusion, this new opportunity presents a chance for first-time buyers to join the DVC family, but careful consideration regarding the financial aspects of purchasing at this new resort is recommended.
