These new additions bring the resort closer to its full potential, with only 47 homes remaining undeclared and under Disney’s control.

The newly declared vacation homes are located on the third floor of the resort’s west side, conveniently situated near Disney’s Skyliner. This prime location ensures easy access to transportation options and breathtaking views, adding to the appeal for guests.
The new inventory includes a diverse range of accommodations: three Tower Studios, four Dedicated Studios, two Dedicated One-Bedroom Villas, seven Lockoff Two-Bedroom Villas, eight Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas, and one Three-Bedroom Grand Villa. The addition of these vacation homes increases the resort’s DVC points inventory by 457,570 points, bringing the total to approximately 5.8 million points.
