Disney World has several options for dining and many breakfast items that are worthy of trying. There are breakfast options both at Disney resorts, and at the Disney theme parks. Animal Kingdom is no exception with plenty of options for both sit-down breakfast and quick-service grab and go options. If you have an upcoming visit to Disney World planned then be sure to check out these must-eat breakfast items at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Located just before you enter Dino Land USA near Trilo-Bites, Isle of Java is a great stop to make in the morning. Not only does Isle of Java serve specialty Joffrey’s coffee beverages, but it also has an assortment of breakfast goodies that you won’t want to miss. One popular item here is the Tiger Tail, a flaky and sweet puff pastry that is stuffed with chocolate chips, and drizzled with orange and black icing. This sweet treat is a great way to start out your Disney day. Isle of Java also serves other items like the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit as well as a Colossal Mickey Cinnamon Roll and Pumpkin Muffin.

Breakfast Buffet at Tusker House

If you and your family enjoy sit-down meals over quick-service than Tusker House is a great breakfast option for you. Donald Duck and his pals walk around the restaurant to meet and greet you as you dine. The breakfast buffet at Tusker House consists of pastries like Zebra Coffee Cake, croissants, mini muffins, cinnamon buns, and more. Guests can choose from breakfast classics like Mickey and Simba waffles, hard boiled eggs, overnight oats, yogurt, breakfast meats, and fruits. Breakfast cocktails like mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are also offered.

Marshall’s Favorite Stuffed Pancake Sandwich at Pongu Pongu

Pandora- The World of Avatar is a great place to stop in the morning to rope drop attractions like Flight of Passage. But guests can also enjoy breakfast items at Pongu Pongu. Marshall’s Favorite Stuffed Pancake Sandwich is a favorite of many guests and contains pancakes, sausage, guava jelly, egg, and cheese. Guests can also enjoy other entrees like a Pineapple-Cream Cheese Spring Roll, Cinnamon Roll, and drinks like the Night Blossom.

Guava and Cream Cheese Danish at Tamu Tamu

Tamu Tamu is a food stand located in the Africa section of the park, and it brings us yet another must-eat breakfast item. The Guava and Cream Cheese Danish is a delicious twist on a breakfast classic. Other breakfast items at Tamu Tamu include the Honey Pistachio Croissant, Colossal Mickey Cinnamon Roll, Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit, Blueberry Muffin, and Chocolate Twist.
